The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has issued a statement urging digital investment platforms to provide high-quality information. Following SPOT inspections of four institutions from January 2023 to May 2025, the AMF identified issues such as incomplete information disclosure, inadequate client questionnaires, unclear risk warnings, and insufficient adaptation of internal controls to digitalization. The AMF encourages these platforms to improve the readability of information, enhance client questionnaires, and strengthen risk control systems.
