Giang Bui, a former executive at Nasdaq, has been appointed as Vice President and Head of Issuance Growth at Securitize. Bui previously led U.S. Equities and ETP strategy at Nasdaq, where she played a key role in the development of spot Bitcoin ETFs. In her new position at Securitize, she will focus on advancing tokenized issuance, which includes delivering ownership rights such as dividends, voting, disclosures, and enhancing market infrastructure.
