She noted that when she joined Anthropic, Claude Code was still an internal tool, and she played a role in its growth into a flagship product. Her last day at Anthropic was this past Friday. OpenAI President Greg Brockman publicly welcomed Wu to the team via social media. Wu expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with OpenAI's product management team to build agentic products that support users and teams while keeping them in control.
