FocusAI, the largest shareholder of Busan Digital Asset Exchange, is in advanced negotiations to acquire Flybit, a South Korean cryptocurrency exchange. The deal involves the sale of shares held by Flybit's CEO and largest shareholder, Kim Seok-jin. Flybit, which registered as a virtual asset service provider in 2021, exited the Korean won market due to challenges in securing real-name bank account partnerships.
