The protocol's Smart Collateral feature allows users to earn lending interest while simultaneously backing a loan, enhancing capital efficiency within the platform. New pool creation remains disabled during the beta phase, limiting liquidity deployment to existing pools as Fluid tests the updated mechanics with live user activity.
