Flow Network has initiated its recovery and testing phase following a recent attack, as validators reached consensus on a proposed protocol update. The network has resumed block generation, although transaction acceptance is still paused to allow for protocol validation. The network is scheduled to reopen at 6:00 AM Pacific Time, with Cadence operations set to restart. Accounts affected by the poisoning attack remain restricted, and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) access is currently limited to read-only. However, over 99.9% of Cadence accounts are expected to regain full access during this transition period.
