Tokenized fund liquidity startup Fission has completed a $10 million Series A funding round led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Circle Ventures, Borderless Capital, and Ari Rubenstein. The round closed in September 2026 and will support the platform's mission to streamline secondary market transactions for tokenized assets.
Fission’s platform enables investors to sell tokenized fund shares in approximately 90 seconds by connecting a digital wallet, compressing a process that previously required around 200 days. The service provides instant liquidity in exchange for a fee and currently serves institutional clients, including hedge funds, crypto organizations, and stablecoin issuers holding tokenized private credit or equity positions.
