FinTax, a provider of cryptocurrency financial and tax solutions and AI infrastructure, has completed a seed financing round led by YZi Labs through EASY Residency S4, with participation from Amber Group, Hash House, Pundi AI, Waverider International, and Nexus Holdings. The company said the round valued FinTax at $40 million post-money. FinTax said it will pursue long-term ecosystem cooperation with YZi Labs focused on institutional-grade finance and tax infrastructure, compliance standards, and use cases including stablecoins, RWA, and payments. Following the financing, the company plans to scale its five product lines, expand from Asia-Pacific and North America into Europe and the Middle East, and deepen AI applications in complex finance and tax scenarios.
