The FBI and Europol, in collaboration with law enforcement from 14 countries, have successfully dismantled LeakBase, a major cybercrime forum. Since its inception in 2021, LeakBase has been a hub for trading stolen data, leaked databases, hacking tools, and credit card information, amassing over 142,000 registered members. Authorities have seized all data from the platform, including user accounts, forum posts, and IP logs, and have taken control of its primary domains, which now display official seizure notices. This operation marks a significant blow to cybercriminal activities worldwide.
