Faraday Future (FF) announced plans to merge its robotics business into Nasdaq-listed AIxC for an independent listing at a $200 million valuation. The combined entity will be renamed FFR and aims to become the first pure-play stock in the quad-core all-intelligent EAI robotics ecosystem. FF founder Jia Yueting stated the move will unlock value in a more open and resilient manner.
The parties have signed a non-binding term sheet for the merger of FFAI's robotics assets. Concurrently, FFAI has upgraded its strategy to focus on Robotaxi shared networks, intelligent cabin technology operations, and Physical AI investment holding. The transaction remains subject to final agreements, board approvals from both companies, and regulatory clearance.
