Crypto industry political action committee Fairshake announced support for 32 U.S. House candidates in the 2026 midterm elections, comprising 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats. The PAC will immediately invest $1 million each in six representatives—Democrats Janelle Bynum, Derek Tran, and Steven Horsford, alongside Republicans French Hill, Bill Huizenga, and Bryan Steil—as part of an initial $6 million deployment.
Fairshake expects to spend more than $100 million during the 2026 election cycle to support pro-crypto House and Senate candidates. The organization currently holds $122 million in cash reserves with the stated goal of building the largest pro-crypto congressional caucus in American history. All 32 endorsed candidates previously voted in favor of advancing the Digital Asset Market Structure Act (CLARITY Act).
