Evernorth, the largest XRP asset management firm, has appointed four new directors to its board as it accelerates plans for a U.S. public listing. The new appointees include Stuart Alderoty, Ripple's Chief Legal Officer, who brings significant regulatory expertise. Joining him are Robert Cadman, former CFO of the OpenAI Foundation, Ted Janus, an experienced institutional investor, and Darral Islim, former COO of Genesis Global Trading. These appointments aim to bolster Evernorth's leadership in navigating complex compliance and operational challenges.
The company has filed a Form S-4 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its listing process on Nasdaq. Evernorth has also raised over $1 billion from strategic investors, including Ripple and SBI Holdings, and holds more than 473 million XRP. The board, led by CEO Asheesh Birla, now includes expertise in law, finance, investment, and digital assets, positioning Evernorth for its transition to a publicly traded entity.
