London-based compliance tech firm Eunice has raised $8 million in a funding round to enhance its AI-powered due diligence infrastructure. The investment, which includes seed and pre-seed rounds, was backed by Moonfire Ventures, Speedinvest, Openspace Ventures, and several angel investors from the finance and crypto sectors. Eunice's technology provides traceable and auditable due diligence for alternative assets, aiding institutions in generating structured risk and compliance reports. Initially focused on digital asset exchanges and custodians like Coinbase and Crypto.com, Eunice is expanding its services to broader private markets, including pension funds and endowments. The company is also participating in the UK FCA regulatory sandbox to further develop its offerings.
