The London-based company leverages AI to evaluate candidates by analyzing their academic work, code, and other professional outputs, creating comprehensive skill profiles. Ethos connects these profiles with paid opportunities such as consulting, market research, and full-time positions. Co-founder and CEO James Lo emphasized the platform's goal to accurately represent individuals' capabilities and assist companies in identifying genuine talent amidst the rise of fraudulent or AI-generated resumes.
