Ethereum has initiated the proposal submission phase for its upcoming mainnet upgrade, Glamsterdam. Developers are invited to submit head function proposals by June 20, with five proposals already focusing on on-chain performance and protocol optimization. The upgrade is slated to follow the completion of the Fusaka phase, with a full launch anticipated in 2026. Non-core proposals will undergo screening starting in July.
