Vitalik Buterin has revealed that the Ethereum Foundation is staking approximately 72,000 ETH using DVT-lite (Distributed Validator Technology). This approach allows multiple nodes to share the same validator key to operate staking nodes. The technology facilitates easier deployment of distributed staking infrastructure for institutions through automated network configuration and distributed key generation.
