Ethena has announced a significant change to the unstaking mechanism for its sUSDe token, effective March 13. The cooldown period for unstaking sUSDe will now be dynamic, ranging from 1 to 7 days, depending on the amount of liquid stablecoins in the USDe reserve. This adjustment reduces the previous fixed unstaking period of 7 days to a minimum of 1 day, allowing for more flexibility based on reserve composition.
