Web3 infrastructure provider Entry has successfully raised $1 million in a Pre-Seed funding round, led by Modern Niagara with contributions from Qrecendo and Perrfin. The funding round, which includes equity and Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) components, values the seed at approximately $25 million, with a Token Generation Event (TGE) projected at around $50 million. Entry focuses on compliance-native Web3 infrastructure, enabling institutions to integrate with decentralized finance by transforming compliance into verifiable on-chain proof. This allows for the onboarding of verified users, asset screening, and maintaining a real-time audit trail. The network, utilizing the ENT token, supports zero-knowledge computation, staking, and AI-driven compliance processes.
