The dYdX Foundation has launched an on-chain governance vote to close multiple trading markets, including ENA, ONDO, WLFI, TRUMP, WIF, crude oil (WTI), and silver (XAG). Voting ends at 20:40 Beijing time on October 29.
The proposal cites low trading activity and liquidity across most affected markets. Oracle maintenance costs for WTI and XAG are deemed too high relative to usage, while the price data sources underpinning ENA, ONDO, and WLFI face planned node infrastructure shutdowns. If approved, the targeted markets will enter final settlement and their corresponding price feeds will be terminated.
