The Dutch government has blocked the acquisition of cloud service provider Solvinity Group BV by U.S. company Kyndryl, citing security concerns. Dutch Minister of the Digital Economy Willemijn Aerdts announced the decision in a letter to parliament, stating that the proposed acquisition could pose a risk to the public interest. The transaction, which was close to completion, has been completely prohibited by the government.
