The Digital Currency International Operations Center has upgraded its three major platforms, including the e-CNY cross-border digital payment platform, blockchain service platform, and digital asset platform, to the new "Cross-border e-CNY Transfer Services" (CBETS). This comprehensive cross-border settlement service platform aims to enhance international operations of the digital RMB. The upgrade follows adjustments to the e-CNY measurement framework and an overall architecture upgrade of the infrastructure system. Service agreements have been signed with 26 financial institutions as direct participants in this initiative.
