The Digital Chamber, a U.S. cryptocurrency lobbying group, has filed an amicus curiae brief with the New York State Supreme Court, challenging an ownership claim over Bitcoin addresses linked to Satoshi Nakamoto. The brief opposes the claim by an individual known as "Noah Doe," who, along with other anonymous plaintiffs, seeks recognition of ownership for 39,069 dormant Bitcoin addresses, arguing they are "abandoned property." This marks the second such brief filed by the Digital Chamber in this case.
