Digital assets recorded a net inflow of $2.48 billion last week, bringing August's total inflows to $4.37 billion and year-to-date inflows to $35.5 billion, according to CoinShares. Despite these inflows, assets under management (AUM) fell by 10% to $219 billion, influenced by core PCE data and weakening prices.
Ethereum led the inflows with $1.4 billion, while Bitcoin saw $748 million in inflows. However, for the month of August, Ethereum recorded $3.95 billion in inflows, whereas Bitcoin experienced an outflow of $301 million.
