Dash, a Layer-1 blockchain known for its privacy features, is set to integrate Zcash's "Orchard" shielded pool into its Dash Evolution chain. This integration, which will enhance privacy capabilities, is scheduled to go live in March following a network security audit. Initially, the integration will support basic transfer functionality, with plans to incorporate Orchard's privacy features for tokenized real-world assets in future upgrades.
