Cyber Hornet Trust has filed with the US SEC to launch three innovative ETFs that integrate cryptocurrency futures with the S&P 500 index. The proposed funds include the Cyber Hornet S&P 500 and Ethereum 75/25 Strategy ETF, the Cyber Hornet S&P 500 and Solana 75/25 Strategy ETF, and the Cyber Hornet S&P 500 and XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF. Each ETF will allocate 75% of its assets to S&P 500 large-cap stocks and 25% to futures contracts of Ethereum, Solana, or XRP, respectively.
The ETFs, if approved, will be listed on the Nasdaq exchange and will charge a management fee of 0.95%. They will maintain their asset allocations through monthly rebalancing, with potential adjustments by investment advisors based on market conditions. Cryptocurrency exposure will be achieved through direct purchases, CME futures contracts, and exchange-traded index products. Units of these funds will be available only through secondary market transactions, with no direct redemptions.
