Cordant, a financial infrastructure platform established by former Rapyd executives, has successfully raised $8 million in a seed funding round. The round was co-led by Motive Partners and Oak HC/FT, with additional investments from Bitso, Paxos, and others, who are also collaborating as design partners. Cordant's platform enhances financial operations by connecting to various financial systems and standardizing data into a unified model. This enables banks, payment companies, and fintech institutions to monitor transactions in real-time, manage exceptions, and support AI workflows within regulated environments.
