Despite the overall downturn, prediction market trading volumes surged by 48.7% quarter-over-quarter, totaling $113.8 billion. In contrast, centralized exchange (CEX) spot trading volumes fell 27.9% to $1.95 trillion, with May recording a monthly low of $620 billion. Additionally, CEX perpetual contract trading volumes decreased by 10.0% to $12.7 trillion.
