Coinbase said its issued tokenized stocks are now live natively on the Base network under the B20 standard. The assets are backed 1:1 by regulated custodians, and token holders have full ownership of the shares. The initial offering includes U.S. stocks such as Apple and Nvidia. Users can hold the tokens in self-custodial wallets, trade liquidity on Aerodrome, and use them in lending and portfolio products across the Base DeFi ecosystem. Coinbase said the tokens are available only to eligible users outside the United States and can also support dividend income and collateral use.
