Citadel Securities has filed a lawsuit against former executive Leonard Lancia in London, seeking over 6 million pounds (approximately $7.9 million) in arbitration damages. Lancia, who previously led Citadel's European derivatives systematic market-making business, co-founded the high-frequency crypto trading firm Portofino Technologies after his departure.
