On-chain investigator ZachXBT has reported that a wallet address linked to the Iranian cryptocurrency exchange Wallex has been frozen by Circle and Tether. The address, 0x6926408f55c4f322ebe1a3cc7e4fff380c5543df, was frozen after Wallex aggregated crypto assets from multiple hot wallets on the Tron and Ethereum networks to BNB Chain using cross-chain bridges. As a result, approximately $2.49 million in assets are currently frozen and inactive in the wallet.
