Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dunamu, the operator of South Korea's largest virtual asset exchange, Upbit. The partnership aims to collaborate on stablecoin and digital asset projects, including educational programs to enhance information accessibility and trust in Korea's digital asset ecosystem. Dunamu plans to leverage Circle's regulatory compliance and business expansion experience to promote healthy innovation in Korea's digital asset market. The collaboration is expected to strengthen the digital asset landscape in South Korea by fostering greater transparency and trust among market participants.
