Cipher Mining has entered into a 10-year high-performance computing (HPC) hosting agreement with Fluidstack, expanding its operations at the Barber Lake site in Texas. The agreement will add 39 MW of critical IT load, with potential expansion up to 56 MW, allowing Fluidstack to lease the entire 300 MW capacity of the site. Additionally, Google has increased its financial backing for Fluidstack's leasing obligations by $333 million, bringing the total guarantee to $1.73 billion.
