Spokesperson He Yadong stated that while the government supports international cooperation and transnational operations, enterprises must adhere to legal procedures in overseas investments, technology exports, and cross-border mergers. The Ministry, in collaboration with other departments, will assess the acquisition's alignment with laws on export controls, technology import and export, and overseas investment.
