China Carbon Neutral, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Carbon Asset Management, has issued 500 million Carbon Coins through the licensed digital asset exchange platform DigiFT in Singapore. This issuance is based on 500,000 tons of verified carbon standard (VCS) carbon credits. The project utilizes regulated RWA tokenization and trading infrastructure to ensure the carbon credit assets are on-chain, traceable, and can be transferred compliantly.
