Chen Zhi and his Cambodia-based Prince Group have allegedly constructed a decentralized global capital network, dubbed "Spider Web Capitalism 2.0," exploiting offshore companies, cryptocurrencies, and regulatory gaps in Southeast Asia. This network reportedly launders proceeds from telecom fraud, human trafficking, and gambling through underground banks, Bitcoin mining, shell companies, and luxury investments. The operation has infiltrated Hong Kong-listed companies, real estate, luxury goods, and Cuban cigar company Habanos. Multiple countries' law enforcement agencies are now involved in asset recovery and sanctions.
