ChangXin Memory Technologies has commenced official mass production of its fifth-generation technology platform, achieving an active-area half-pitch of 11.95 nanometers and a storage capacitor aspect ratio of 45:1. The new process reduces core kinetic zone height to 6,762 nanometers while increasing wafer output by more than 50% compared to the previous generation under identical conditions.
The first product built on this advanced node is a 24GB LPDDR5X memory module, which has now entered full-scale production. This component has been integrated into mainstream domestic flagship smartphones, marking a significant milestone in high-density mobile memory manufacturing capabilities.
