Changer.ae, a licensed virtual asset custodian in Abu Dhabi Global Market, has signed a one-year non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with DeScript Labs, a digital asset settlement company. The collaboration aims to facilitate digital asset payments for UAE merchants in sectors like real estate and luxury goods, with settlements in AED fiat currency. The partnership will leverage Changer.ae's custody and asset conversion capabilities alongside DeScript Labs' merchant technology to offer digital asset-to-fiat clearing and treasury solutions. This initiative seeks to mitigate price volatility risks and enhance settlement efficiency for corporate clients both locally and cross-border.
