Cboe Global Markets is set to launch Cboe Continuous Futures on its Cboe Futures Exchange on November 10, 2025, subject to regulatory approval. The new offering will include Bitcoin and Ether contracts, providing U.S. traders with long-term exposure to these digital assets in a regulated setting. These futures will be structured as single, long-dated contracts with a 10-year expiration, aimed at simplifying position management and reducing rollover costs.
The contracts will be cash-settled and aligned with spot market prices through daily cash adjustments. Catherine Clay, Global Head of Derivatives at Cboe, emphasized the significance of introducing perpetual-style futures to a U.S.-regulated exchange. This initiative is part of Cboe's broader strategy to enhance its product offerings and strengthen its global exchange ecosystem.
