Cardano has proposed a funding request of 23 million ADA, equivalent to approximately $23 million, to support the second year of its critical infrastructure development. The proposal, known as Cardano Critical Integrations V2, aims to maintain and enhance projects such as Circle (USDCx), LayerZero, Pyth, and Dune, and includes plans for a native Fireblocks integration.
The proposal was submitted by key Cardano entities, including the Cardano Foundation, Input Output Group, EMURGO, and the Midnight Foundation, under the Pentad structure. Intersect, the Cardano ecosystem governance organization, is administering the proposal, which is currently open for community voting.
