The Cardano Foundation has appointed Stephen Wood as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 3. Wood will be responsible for overseeing the foundation's financial strategy, capital management, and risk management, as well as leading the finance team. Wood brings over 20 years of experience in finance, having previously served as CFO and Executive Committee Member at Copper.co, a digital asset infrastructure provider. His career includes significant roles at Verint and Keyko, where he integrated blockchain technology into accounting processes.
