AI-native blockchain development framework Canopy has raised $8.5 million in a seed funding round to support its mainnet launch and expand its engineering team. The funding round saw participation from notable investors including Arrington Capital, Fenbushi Capital, Borderless Capital, and SNZ Capital. Canopy simplifies complex application layers into approximately 200 lines of readable code, enabling non-technical founders and AI coding assistants to deploy applications within minutes. Since its testnet launch, Canopy has attracted nearly 27,000 projects in just 12 days, with over 331,000 deployments to date. The mainnet is expected to go live soon.
