Cambodian authorities have arrested Li Kuong, a 50-year-old Cambodian-Chinese national, in connection with telecom fraud activities. Li, who previously held the title of "Lord," was the owner of the "Royal Garden" complex in Sihanoukville and had extensive business interests in real estate, casinos, and hotels. He is suspected of using these establishments to illegally detain individuals for online fraud operations. Li's arrest follows the recent detention of Chen Zhi, founder of the "Prince Group," as part of a broader crackdown on telecom fraud in the region.
