Bybit has announced updated safety and operational arrangements for its employees in the UAE, activating its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure the safety and operational stability of its teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company confirmed that its global systems are stable, with core trading and user assets unaffected.
Key measures include verifying the safety and status of UAE employees, assisting those near airports or sensitive areas in relocating, and appointing backup personnel for critical roles. Bybit has also initiated cross-regional support to maintain uninterrupted operations and equipped office facilities with power backup systems for at least eight hours of operation during emergencies. Remote work systems have been enhanced for stability and data security, allowing UAE employees to work remotely if needed. Offices remain open as a protective space, and relocations to the UAE are on hold until further notice.
