Bybit has announced that Co-CEO Helen Liu will step down on April 30, 2026, to pursue personal entrepreneurial ventures. Liu joined Bybit in 2020 and has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming Co-CEO in 2025. Co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou stated that the company will continue to advance its global business under the current leadership team.
