A reserve manipulation attack on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) involving the TMM/USDT trading pair has resulted in a loss of approximately $1.665 million USDT. The attackers exploited flash loans from ListaDAO Moolah, Venus, Aave V3, PancakeSwap Vault, and Uniswap PoolManager to manipulate the reserves. They destroyed TMM tokens to a black hole address, reducing the reserve to just 1 TMM, and subsequently swapped 850 million TMM for about 272 million USDT. After repaying the flash loans, the attackers transferred the profit of approximately $1.665 million USDT to related addresses.
