The Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) has resumed the publication of domestic crypto asset reporting data after a three-month hiatus, revealing figures up to September 2025. The data shows that approximately 4.58 million individuals and 92,000 companies reported crypto transactions in September, marking a decline from August. Stablecoins dominated the trading structure, with USDT leading at a trading volume of approximately 15.7 billion reais, significantly surpassing Bitcoin's 2.46 billion reais, although Bitcoin had more transactions. Ethereum and Solana also maintained high activity levels. The RFB plans to enhance crypto transaction monitoring and tracking through the DeCripto mechanism.
