Brazil's Federal Police have intensified efforts against cryptocurrency-related money laundering, executing 11 temporary arrest warrants and 13 search and seizure operations in Sao Paulo. The operations targeted two individuals sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department. As part of the crackdown, the court has frozen assets, funds, and cryptocurrencies valued at approximately 1.04 billion reais, equivalent to about $2 billion.
