Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have announced plans to merge, creating a leading European crypto infrastructure entity. The merger, expected to finalize in the second half of 2026, will form a new unit under Boerse Stuttgart Group, headquartered in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. This strategic move combines approximately 300 employees and a joint management team from both firms.
The new entity will offer a comprehensive range of services, including brokerage, trading, custody, staking, and tokenized assets, targeting European financial institutions. Boerse Stuttgart Digital brings regulated crypto brokerage, exchange, and MiCAR-licensed custody services, while Tradias adds trading and market-making expertise. The merger is subject to regulatory approval and successful negotiations, with clients such as Intesa Sanpaolo, DZ Bank, and Deka Bank already on board.
