BNB Chain has announced the phased deactivation of its BNB Beacon Chain token recovery tool, which facilitates asset migration to the BNB Smart Chain. The process will occur in three phases: Phase 1, effective immediately until April 30, 2026, will handle recovery requests within seven days. Phase 2, from May 1 to June 30, will extend the recovery period to one month. Phase 3, beginning July 1, will require manual recovery with user-signed transactions. Only BEP2 tokens already mirrored on the BNB Smart Chain are eligible for recovery. Users are urged to complete migrations promptly.
