The round saw participation from prominent investors including Coinbase Ventures, Robinhood, and Valor Capital Group. Individual investors such as Selah Ventures, Quona Capital, and Nubank co-founder Edward Wible also contributed. Founded by Georgetown University professor Christopher J. Brummer, Bluprynt aims to offer simplified global compliance solutions for digital assets, akin to "tax software for compliance." The company targets banks, asset managers, stablecoin issuers, and payment companies, facilitating their transition to on-chain operations within a regulated framework. Previous investors include former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo and entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
